Dr.  Barnard observed that the approach to diabetes has been to  reduce sugar intake since symptoms show too much sugar in the blood.  He however conducted a research that showed that the blood sugar cant enter the cells because of the block to the intramcellular portion of the cell and that is the presence of fat that prevents insulin from releasing blood sugard to the cellular level

Therefore the key to preventing and curing diabetes is lessening fat to cover the cells.  Thus a vegan approach to treating diabetes.

It was observed that patients who have lesser fatty diet completely reversed the diabetes.   For those who continue to be on same diet, the diabetes progressed.

'In Japan, where there is low incidence of diabetes, it was observed that diabetes incidence quickly increased due to export of fast food:    burgers and fried chicken.

Resurgence of Covid 19 in China CNN reports

While we are relaxing our health protocols, China is experiencing massive resurgence with infection 

much worse than the initial outbreak than Wuhan.  CNN reports

High number of cases have been reported in Jillian, so with the Industrial City of  Shenzhen. Stricter lockdown measures have been imposed at city of Changchun.   About 26 million residents are prohibited from leving their homes.

Industrial production are either closed or limited. Public transport has been suspended and so are dining while public venues except for groceries and pharmacies are closed.   

This is in addition to Hong Kong which experienced an upsurge.
