3 simple changes reverse ED

It's a sensitive subject, no doubt. Most men don't want to talk

Published in The American Journal of Medicine, one study by
researchers at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland
looked at more than 2,100 men.

The study found that 18.4% of these men over the age of 20 had
ED. It also showed that healthy lifestyle changes can reverse it.
