Magnesium levels low in victims of SCD

Live healthy and long

This is an importan post;  PLEASE READ WELL

From Newsmax health.

Did you know that in 325,000 cases of SCD (Sudden Cardiac Death) there was one common factor observed?

Many were low in magnesium levels.  Both diabetics and heart patients have low magnesium levels.

Those who have low risk SCD were found to have low levels of anti oxidant nutrients and enzymes within the heart muscles.'

The heart has its own set of pacemakers in AV and SA nodes.  They have number of glutamate receptors that when overstimulated cause arrhytmia.  Low levels of magnesium cause arrhytmia because they make the receptors sensitive.

After years of research on the importance of magnesium in heart attacks, many cardiologists are stilll reluctant in prescribing magnesium.  Magnesium in combination with other minerals and vitamins reduce the risk of SCD.  SCD mostly come from enlarged heart and they are due to low levels of magnesium...(Low magnesium levels is linked to migraine)

One way is to prevent excitoxins, including MSG
