Dear Jorge, Please find below a special message from our trusted friends at Cancer Defeated. They have an important video message to share with you today. Yours for excellent health, Joe Barton Founder & CEO Barton Publishing Inc. |
The secret to curing cancer:
You've been throwing it in the trash!
In 1921, a British doctor discovered that a remote tribal people was almost totally cancer-free. But when members of this tribe move away from their native land and change their diet, they get cancer just like anyone else.
It's all thanks to a food most of us throw away as waste! Click here now and watch a new video presentation about this cancer breakthrough. One cancer expert calls this overlooked food "the key to curing AND preventing cancer" — and you can benefit NOW -- without going to a doctor or buying expensive supplements. This little throwaway food tastes great. Bill Clinton (of all people) eats it regularly, and so can you. Click here now to watch the video! Sincerely, Lee Euler Publisher, Cancer Defeated |

Conventional Prostate Treatments Cause Erectile Dysfunction and Urinary Incontinence
What happens when you get a popular cancer screening because "you're supposed to"… it shows you have cancer… you're sent in for treatment… and you end up with erectile dysfunction and incontinence?
Surely you would have thought twice, if you'd known what could happen. Unfortunately, many men don't find out till it's too late. And now, a ten-year study shows those side effects can persist for a very long time. I'll explain why you want to avoid conventional prostate cancer treatments — and how you can. . . Continued below...
A recent report out of Georgetown University shows that men treated for prostate cancer can still suffer from miserable side effects up to a full ten years later. And maybe longer, but no study has looked beyond the ten-year mark so far.
Researchers compared 269 men with prostate cancer to 260 men without cancer. After taking into account their age, overall health, and other factors, the cancer-treated group had worse sexual and urinary function a decade later. Previous studies have also discovered the same nagging effects. But those studies had only followed patients through a 5-year time period. In addition, earlier studies left unresolved questions about whether these problems were just a result of aging, instead of the prostate cancer treatment. This latest study, reported in the Journal of Clinical Oncology, found that the treatment was to blame, not aging. Says Kathryn L. Taylor, of the Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., "The bottom line is that the prostate cancer group was worse off." My opinion is that she's putting it mildly.
Even the 5-year study revealed drastic problems
The 5-year study, presented at the American Urological Association annual meeting in 2005, included 1,288 men with prostate cancer whose cancer was still localized. All the participants had undergone surgery.
Before having surgery, 87 percent indicated they had had no urinary control problems, and 81 percent said they had firm enough erections for intercourse. Those numbers plummeted after surgery. Here's a recap of just how severe the challenges became — and remained — after surgery.
Difference in Urinary Control and Erections Before and After Surgery
It should be noted that this five-year study differs a bit from the Georgetown study — which found that ten years later, a whopping 95 percent of treated men still suffered some degree of sexual dysfunction. That's a pretty staggering percentage. It's nearly everyone in the study. I think most men would look at their other options if they knew all the facts.
Five years later, a shocking 71 percent still had erections that were too soft for intercourse, the researchers reported.1 This study included David F. Penson, MD, MPH, assistant professor of urology at the University of Washington in Seattle.
Is radiation any better than surgery?
Another study took a different approach. The researchers compared prostate surgery to radiation, following a sample of 137 men for two years.
Men receiving either treatment suffered sexual setbacks. Immediately after treatment, men getting radiation fared better. But the surgery group improved with time… whereas time made sexual function worse for the men who were treated with radiation. However, the surgery group suffered far more problems with urinary function than did their radiation counterparts. Two years after surgery 10 percent of men undergoing surgery were incontinent, while only 3 percent of the radiation group suffered the same fate. There's one more factor to consider, though… bowel function. Two years later, 27% of the radiation group had bowel dysfunction, compared to "only" 6 percent of the surgery group.
Is "early detection" worth these risks?
As I've said before (Issue #197, for example), early-stage prostate cancer is rarely a threat to life and men are being treated for it without need. For most men, close monitoring of the situation is all that's needed, with surgery and radiation coming into play only if the tumor is clearly growing.
The National Cancer Institute says that half of all U.S. men diagnosed with prostate cancer are considered "low risk" (unlikely to progress). Studies of men with early-stage prostate cancer indicate that only one case out of ten is aggressive. The NCI sample included men with late-stage AND early-stage cancer; that's why they came up with a figure of one-half. It does appear, from the best information I have, that increases in a man's PSA level are a pretty good indicator of deteriorating prostate health even though one test by itself doesn't signify much. It's the trend that's significant. And of course, readers of this newsletter know I advocate a variety of natural treatments to get early stage prostate cancer under control while you watch your PSA numbers. It's likely that with the right diet and supplements the PSA numbers will trend down instead of up, and the conventional cut-burn-poison treatments can be avoided. I don't say "keep an eye on things but don't' seek treatment." I say treat with alternatives while you keep an eye on things. But in my experience, few men follow this advice. Confronted with a high PSA number or a positive biopsy, most men allow themselves to be panicked or hustled into radiation or surgery with all the risks of sexual and urinary dysfunction — plus possible injury to nearby organs, infections, damaging UV rays, and a lot more. As we've stated before in this newsletter, never subject yourself to surgery or radiation without getting a second and possibly even a third opinion — and learning about alternatives. EARLY-STAGE PROSTATE CANCER IS NOT A MEDICAL EMERGENCY. You've got time to think things over. If you haven't yet crossed that bridge of being diagnosed with prostate cancer, there are some things you can do to hedge your bets so you don't develop cancer...
The best way to avoid surgery and radiation
is to prevent cancer in the first place
Readers of this newsletter know there are nearly always lifestyle issues at the root of a cancer diagnosis. Studies on risk factors for prostate cancer help identify what to do and what to avoid.
First off, get up and get moving at least a half hour a day, five or more days per week. You'll see the difference in your energy and probably in your waistline too. When it comes to diet, prostate cancer studies suggest the number one food to avoid is red meat. However, this may not be as "black and white" as it's portrayed. It's been known for decades that there's a statistical relationship between meat consumption and prostate cancer. But there are many aspects to the question of meat… What causes the damage — the saturated fat, the hormones, the added nitrates and nitrites, the cooking methods…? Here's a quick recap of some of these studies2:
Some question this cancer link, however. A study published in Nutrition Journal found no association between high versus low meat consumption, and cancer or advanced cancer. This study was partially funded by the National Cattlemen's Beef Association. (Alexander 2012), so we can't take it as the last word.
Let's suppose it's the hormones, antibiotics, and additives that increase the risk of prostate cancer? It's possible. Will we ever know? It would be hard to assemble a large sample of men who have consumed only organic beef for a couple of decades, so we could see how their prostate health compares to men who eat conventionally grown beef.
Dangers in processed and cured meats
The National Cancer Institute found that processed meats are linked to prostate cancer. And red processed meats such as bacon, bologna and hot dogs posed a greater risk than white processed meats like processed turkey slices. Processed and cured meats both contain nitrates — a preservative thought to be linked to a higher risk of prostate cancer.
The vast majority of the meat on the market of any type is raised with the use of hormones, antibiotics and steroids. Beyond that, the animals are fed a diet they aren't meant to eat. Grass is the natural food of cattle. But in today's industrial agriculture they're mostly fed corn and soybeans to fatten them up fast for slaughter. Whenever you eat meat, you're eating what that animal has eaten. So what are you feeding yourself? A diet of pharmaceuticals and grains? If so, expect it to have a negative effect on your prostate. Buying grass-fed organic meats helps you avoid hormones, antibiotics, grains, and other damaging "ingredients". But we can't answer the question of whether ALL red meat — even organic — contributes to prostate cancer.
Cooking the wrong way makes meat more carcinogenic
If you eat organic grass-fed meats, even once in a while, you'll want to take heed of the emerging evidence about how to cook it.
University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) scientists found that prostate cancer risk skyrockets when you grill or barbeque, especially if the meat is cooked till well-done. Researchers compared 470 men with aggressive prostate cancer to 512 matched controls without prostate cancer. Each man completed questionnaires assessing his meat intake during the previous 12 months — and how it was prepared, with special emphasis on "doneness" from rare to well-done. They used carcinogen levels from National Cancer Institute's CHARRED database, which rates carcinogens such as heterocyclic amines (HCAs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). at various levels of doneness. What they found…
It's hard to dodge the facts. If you're going to eat red meat, then don't do it often. And on the rare occasions when you do eat it, select high quality grass-fed organic meat, and never over-cook it.

Fwd: If you've got this, you may have cancer too

Unexplained blood clots accompany cancer patients symptoms. Cancer victims, for unknown reasons succumb to blood clots. (My father who was sick with cancer, died from a stroke - blood clot from his nasopharyngeal cancer went up to his brain which caused his stroke, and eventually died at the ICU.
How do you avoid having blood clots?ly
l. Move around, avoid being stationary or being seated for a long time;
2. Take ginger and onions - they cause thinning of the blood
3. Take proteolytic enzymes. One of them is papaya. Papaya contains papase, a proteolytic enzyme.
4. Avoid salty, fatty, foods cooked in hydrogenated oil. They make you prone to clotting

How blood clots jack up your cancer risk
- Patients who get hospitalized for a blood clot are four times more likely to be diagnosed with cancer within a year.
- Ten percent of patients with unexplained clots are diagnosed with cancer within two years. Their cancer risk is twice as high as that of patients with explainable clots.
- Cancers of the brain, pancreas, liver, and ovary are somewhat more likely to occur following a blood clot than other types of cancer.
- If cancer is not diagnosed within six months to a year of a blood clot episode, your risk level returns to normal.
One explanation for the connection is that early-stage cancers might cause clotting before other cancer symptoms appear. A blood clot that can't be explained in any other way could be an early sign of cancer.
But — hold on — we don't know this for sure yet.
You see, another possible explanation is that patients who get hospitalized for blood clots undergo a battery of tests, and those tests may happen to detect early cancer. If this turns out to be true, cancer and blood clots aren't directly related.
And a final possible explanation is that some cancers have the same risk factors as blood clots. I wish this was simple and black and white, but it's not. Even so, blood clots should be viewed as a warning sign of cancer.

What are blood clots, anyway?
A blood clot is basically a soft, lumpy mass of thickened blood. Clotting is crucial for a healthy body, since that's how your body stops bleeding after an injury.
But a blood clot is harmful when it blocks an artery or vein and stops blood flow (in which case it's called a thrombus). A thrombus in the brain causes a stroke. In the heart, it causes a heart attack. In the lung, it's a pulmonary embolism. If a thrombus is in your leg, you have deep vein thrombosis.
Symptoms depend on where the thrombus is:

In the heart, it causes a heart attack. In the lung, it's a pulmonary embolism. If a thrombus is in your leg, you have deep vein thrombosis.
Symptoms depend on where the thrombus is:
- If it's in your brain — you might feel a numbness or weakness in your face, arm, leg, or on one side of the body. To paraphrase Hamlet: Get thee to a hospital.
- In your leg— you might see redness or swelling, or experience pain that worsens as you walk. See a doctor — soon.
- In your heart — you might have pain or pressure in your chest, pain in one or both arms, feel out of breath, light-headed or nauseous, or break out in a cold sweat. Again, you need medical care — fast.
If you have a blood clot,
should the doctor look for cancer?
should the doctor look for cancer?
Let's say you have an unexplained blood clot. How far should your doctor go in trying to find and diagnose cancer? A lot of doctors might push for every diagnostic test available, from blood tests for biochemical markers to CT scans to endoscopy (that's where they stick a camera in a tube to examine your stomach or bowels).
But routine extensive screening isn't appropriate. For starters, invasive tests — surgery and biopsies -- have risks. There's also the psychological burden of going through a battery of tests and waiting for results.
Of course, extensive testing costs a lot. But here's an even bigger problem: There aren't reliable screening tests for the cancers most commonly associated with blood clots (brain, liver, pancreas, and ovary). These cancers are hard to find.
The best option is for a medical professional to do a thorough clinical evaluation — medical history, physical exam, basic lab tests, etc. This approach highlights abnormalities in most patients with unexplained clots. That's the conventional testing route.

A wake-up call to get your act together
As you might figure, I prefer alternatives. Our Special Report by Dr. Morton Walker, Natural Cancer Remedies that Work, devotes a chapter to alternative cancer screening tests. I'd draw your attention to one in particular, the AMAS blood test. According to Dr. Walker, this test can tell you if you have cancer as much as a year-and-a-half before conventional tests are able to do so.
My good friend Bill Henderson advocates another alternative test that you have to get by mailing a urine sample to a lab in the Philippines. It's somewhat more involved, but it gives the patient more information than does the AMAS test. Bill is very enthusiastic about it. You can learn the details from his Special Report How to Cure Almost Any Cancer at Home for $5.15 a Day.
The shortcoming of both these tests is that they don't tell you where you have cancer or what type of cancer you have. They just indicate you have cancer somewhere. But they can be an early indication you need to make the lifestyle changes that will get you healthy, BEFORE the cancer becomes serious enough to propel you into the conventional cut-burn-and-poison medical system.
Frankly, I'm trying to make these changes now rather than wait till a blood clot or a test tells me I'm in trouble. But some people need to be told the sky is falling before they do something.
If you're found to be cancer-free (phew!), schedule another physical exam or get another test every six months for the two years following the appearance of your clot. This seems to be the most logical way to detect most cancers.

How cancer jacks up your blood clot risk
Now, let's look at the flip side — the fact that you're at greater risk for blood clots if you already have cancer. Here are the stats:
- About 20 percent of patients who develop blood clots are already cancer patients, though a lot of risk factors feed that number (age, race, obesity level, certain medical conditions, etc.).
- Some cancer-specific risk factors, like stage and site of cancer, type of chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, and whether surgery is performed, raise blood clot risk.
- A patient already diagnosed with cancer is four times more likely to develop a blood clot.
- Some cancers (mentioned above) carry a higher risk factor.
- Cancers with a low risk of blood clots include breast and skin cancers.
Conventional cancer treatments are part of the reason cancer often leads to blood clots. Chemotherapy, for instance, activates your clotting system. Chemotherapy treatment can raise your risk of blood clots up to 6.5 times above what's seen in the general population.
Other mainstream cancer treatments that bump up blood-clot risk are high-dose steroids, hormone therapy, and a new class of anti-cancer drugs known as anti-angiogenic agents. This last group prevents the growth of new blood vessels in cancers but also significantly heightens risk for blood clots.
Surgery also puts cancer patients at a higher risk for blood clots, because in most cases you lose your ability to move, at least in part, until you fully recover.
What's more, a number of cancer patients who get central catheters placed for long-term chemo administration will develop catheter-related blood clots — which also delays administration of the chemotherapy and other medicines.
The mainstream approach for cancer patients undergoing heavy treatments like this is to be put on blood-thinners like warfarin and heparin for three to six months.

Natural ways to prevent blood clots
Blood clots are life-threatening, so you should always deal with them promptly. If you suspect you have one, go see your doctor immediately.
But if you're at elevated risk, or if you've already been diagnosed and you want to avoid future clots, here's what you can do:
But if you're at elevated risk, or if you've already been diagnosed and you want to avoid future clots, here's what you can do:
- Move around — every day. If you sit a lot, get up and move every half hour. If you've undergone surgery and you're confined to bed (or have to spend a lot more time there), ask about gentle exercises you can do in bed.
- Don't smoke.
- Take ginkgo biloba twice a day. It has terpenoids and flavonoid glysosides, both of which increase blood flow.
- Eat lots of ginger. Extracts from ginger inhibit clotting.
- Take proteolytic digestive enzymes. They're blood thinners.
- Add garlic, a known blood thinner, to your supplement regimen. Fish oil is also a blood thinner.
- Drink water. Water keeps your blood fluid. Blood is about 80-85 percent water.
- Add more beans and legumes to your diet, because they're believed to help enhance blood circulation.
- Avoid salty foods, fried food, processed food, dairy products, and hydrogenated vegetable oils.
PLEASE NOTE: If your doctors put you on pharmaceutical blood thinners like warfarin, the natural blood thinners such as enzymes or ginkgo may be too much of a good thing. Probably something should be cut back. My vote would be to cut back on the drugs, because the natural remedies are highly effective for this medical condition.
But you need to do this under the monitoring of a doctor — and that's another reason to seek care from doctors who are receptive to alternatives, not hostile to them.
As with most medical issues, taking care of yourself by eating well and exercising is your best line of attack. Take this advice and you'll reduce your risk for both blood clots and cancer.

BREAKTHROUGH: New health formula combines 7 Inca super foods into the first anti-aging formula of its kind!
The Incas of the High Andes were renowned for their strength, endurance and resistance to disease.
The reason? The remarkable "super foods" they regularly ate including camu-camu, cupuacu, and maca. No, you won't find these super foods at your local grocer. Yet, research shows they are essential in helping you...
Fortunately, you can find these ingredients in a unique product that combines 7 Inca super foods into one delicious health elixir.
Try it. In just 30 days the high concentration of essential nutrients, antioxidants and bioflavonoids found in this elixir of Inca super foods will work together to increase vitality and strength. The scientific research proves it. Learn more. CLICK HERE. |
The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) created some media buzz last year when it declared that regular exposure to mobile phone radiation was a "possible" carcinogen (see Issue #90).
The group based their statement on hundreds of scientific articles that suggest a link between cell phone radiation exposure and brain cancer.
The study raised doubts about the safety of extended cell phone use-although the results weren't absolutely conclusive. But no matter: Even the threat of brain cancer hasn't been enough to slow the sale and use of cell phones.
Seeing that all the nifty gadgets are here to stay, some folks with an entrepreneurial spirit got busy developing ways to protect us from the potentially damaging radiation these devices give off.
One company called Floww International has developed a wide range of radiation-protection products. They claim to have products that protect the natural human energy from being disrupted by exposure to radiation from cell phones, televisions, computer screens and other electronic devices.
Before I tell you more about how these radiation shields supposedly work—let's take a moment to clarify the type of radiation we're talking about...

Before I tell you more about how these radiation shields supposedly work—let's take a moment to clarify the type of radiation we're talking about...
You mean there's more than one kind of radiation?
According to the American Cancer Society, radiation is the emission of energy from any source.
Sunlight is one type of radiation—while the x-ray exams you get in a doctor's office are another sort altogether. ACS says even the heat coming from your body is a form of radiation (technically true, but nothing to worry about).
Ranked from highest to lowest energy, ACS lists the main forms of radiation as follows:

Ranked from highest to lowest energy, ACS lists the main forms of radiation as follows:
- Gamma rays
- X-rays
- Ultraviolet (UV) rays
- Visible light
- Infrared rays
- Microwaves
- Radiofrequency (radio) waves
- Extremely low-frequency (ELF) radiation
The group said the most important distinction in terms of health risks from radiation is whether the energy is ionizing—that is, whether it contains enough high-frequency energy to damage cell DNA—or non-ionizing (low frequency).
The antenna on your cell phone emits radio waves and microwaves that are a form of radiofrequency (RF) energy or radiation. Although ACS claims that the energy they put out is too weak to damage cell DNA, they do acknowledge concerns that it could affect cells in other ways that could be harmful.
Here's how companies like Floww International say they can help...

Here's how companies like Floww International say they can help...
A force field of protection—or a farce?
You might be familiar with the lead aprons and glasses that some medical professionals wear to protect themselves from frequent exposure to x-ray radiation. Or think of the lead vest a dental technician drapes you in before x-raying your teeth.
Well, Floww doesn't offer a lead helmet to wear while you talk on your cell phone. Instead, the company says its products can "convert harmful radiation frequencies into body-friendly radiation frequencies."
One of their gadgets can be attached to your cell phone to protect you from close and frequent exposure to radiation.
There's another small device you can put in your pocket to create a "Floww field" around your body (I bet Superman would have snapped one up to protect himself from kryptonite!).
They even have a set of products for both home and office to help balance the energy flow and counteract harmful radiation waves.
So you might be wondering 'how these products work?' Well, Floww International spokesmen say they developed their products according to the principle of resonance. The WHAT?!
They say their products are built with circuits of electronic components that respond to radiation emitted by various sources. They claim these components create a "Floww field" that can block the distorted radiation waves coming from your television, tablets, cell phones and other devices.
The factsheet for their computer screen protector said it's not uncommon for some people to experience 'withdrawal symptoms', such as mild headaches or nausea in the first weeks of use. They said this is probably because your body is no longer being exposed to distorted RF frequencies it has gotten used to.
While this could be true—an argument could be made that one of the electronic components in their product is causing the problems!
But Floww International isn't the only purveyor of radiation protection products.
Another U.S. company, Research Center for Wireless Technology based in Hawaii, also provides products to help counteract harmful radiation frequencies.
They claim that balancing these RF waves can help protect your nervous system and even shield you from arthritis, depression and Alzheimer's disease!
Now all these claims might sound a little fantastic. And it's hard to know for sure if these products truly work. Some satisfied users confirm they do. At Cancer Defeated we're not technical people, nor do we have the resources to conduct the lab tests that would be needed to verify the claims.

How worried should you be?
We DO know for sure the radiation problem is for real. We just can't gauge the scope and intensity of it. Cell phone usage, for example, may pose a small risk or a big risk. In twenty years we'll know, too late for tens of millions of people.
And it's not just phones. People absorb daily doses of RF waves from a wide array of electronic devices and household gadgets. Prior to, oh, 1920, no one was exposed to this stuff. It's another experiment that modern industrial society created without planning or forethought.
Where government and industry are concerned, if something doesn't kill you fast it's considered safe. The idea of long-term damage hardly comes into play.
There are some things you can do to minimize your exposure to this form of radiation without buying another gadget. For example, Floww International suggests you can minimize RF waves in your bedroom by:

There are some things you can do to minimize your exposure to this form of radiation without buying another gadget. For example, Floww International suggests you can minimize RF waves in your bedroom by:
- Charging your cell phone outside your bedroom.
- Watching television in other rooms.
- Moving your clock radio away from the head of the bed.
- Removing plugs from sockets in the bedroom.
- Removing electric blankets from the room.
All this may sound crazy, but there's significant evidence that being bathed in electromagnetic radiation day and night really is NOT a good idea. I've seen enough evidence for the effects of magnetism on health to dissuade me from ever using electric blankets, heating pads or heated car seats. You don't want to be closely wrapped in an electric field.
At the last conference of the Cancer Control Society, I heard a speaker discuss evidence that wireless routers — so-called "hot spots" -- have introduced yet another danger. Her results were not conclusive, but they were worrying.
I have a wireless router in my home to enable my computers and mobile devices anywhere in the house. Millions of other people have them as well, as do most restaurants and coffeehouses and many other businesses.
These devices create a fairly strong radio field in a small area, and you're in it ALL the time. The speaker at CCS recommended turning wireless routers off when they're not in use, such as when you're sleeping.
Do I do this? No. I'm already surrounded by a "worry field" that can't hold one more item at this time. Like Scarlett O'Hara, I'll worry about it tomorrow.
As for cell phones usage—you can always use the speaker function when possible and keep calls short to minimize your exposure to the RF waves from the antenna.
The most sensible idea is to use your cell phone less than a half hour a day, for things you really need, rather than chatter away on it for hours on end. But this is probably beyond most people. The need to be in touch 24/7 is yet another addiction that's seized our society.
But if you want to reduce your risks, these are simple solutions that could help protect you from the modern "radiation bath."

Subject: Astonishing Food Stories That Will Shock You
From the desk of Lee Euler, Editor and Publisher
Dear Jorge,
Please find below a very special message from our trusted friend, Dr. Keith Scott-Mumby.
Dr. Keith has some very important information about ways that foods REALLY hurt you. This goes way beyond food allergies and intolerance and is NOT about junk food. Real whole foods can do you damage. You need Dr. Keith's information for a long and healthy life.
Sincerely,
Lee Euler, Publisher, Cancer Defeated
Dear Health Conscious Reader,
Astonishing food stories that will shock you
Foods nourish us and so we think of all foods as friendly.
But for some people foods—the wrong foods—can be a disaster.
Be aware; this is NOT about 'junk food'.
All these reactions came from whole organic foods…
The truth is that foods can be hostile. But it's different for everybody. You need to find out which foods are safe for YOU and then eliminate all those that aren't, even foods you 'like'.
There is only one book which tells you how to do that properly and it's written by me, Dr. Keith Scott-Mumby MD. I've been called the world's "Number One Allergy Detective". All these amazing stories and thousands more like them are from my extensive case files.
My book is called Diet Wise and after reading it you will be truly 'wise' about foods and what damage they can do. I've been writing about inflammatory foods decades before anyone else. We now know that minor genetic variations affect all of us and our ability to metabolize foods safely.
Your own ideal eating plan is unique to you and set eating plans will fail over and over because they do not address the crucial question of individual food sensitivities. You will discover your own hostile foods, eliminate them from your diet, and in turn, potentially add decades of healthy zestful living to your life. In order to do all this you must get this Diet Wise book.
Keith Scott-Mumby, MD, PhD
