We are not campaigning vs softdrinks and soda.  Much has been written about softdrinks:

1.  Causing obesity.  Since HFCS is not real sugar but a sweetener, the body seeks real nutrition has craving and we have to eat more.    Obesity will soon be widespread in USA (and PHL too)

2.  You have to drink more soda.

3.   Cause of arthritis,  and diabetes?

Better take water or buko juice, the real health drink

This is a reprint from my Jorgeusbiker blog

We call it BJ, (hehe) the buko juice, the water from fresh young coconut.  It used to be just 5 pesos 5 years ago;  now that it is exported, you are lucky if you find Php l5 for a large buko fruit. My wife used to ask me why I bike, I said to drink buko juice in Bugarin at only P5@;  it costs Pl5.00 from the vendors.  Do not punish yourself.

But the choice could not have been much better.  Earlier, I know that the perfect and only cleansing drink is the buko juice.  We could not remember much about the Ernie Baron's facts on cleansing diet.

The recent article on BJ is surprising and delighting:

l.  It is the perfect sports drink and much much superior than any other commercial sports drink in the market; the energy drinks are just concentrated sugar solutions;
