Advice for those over 40 with aching joints.

Live healthy and long

Repost from medixselect | July 25, 2013

The latest Gmail inbox classified these articles from Newsmaxhealth as promotions.  However, some these may contain good advices on health and cheap cures.

This contains advice on joint pains, and addressed for readers over 50.  The article gives advice on exercise to take,  what to do before going to bed.  The focus is on the cartilage.  One of the keys is keeping the cartilage well hydrated as it is mostly made up of water.  So drinking a lot (unless you have kidney concern) can help much reduce inflammation of the cartilage.

The medication being promoted here is Limbex that contains turmeric, pepper, basil leaves, pomegrante, Vit C and Vit E.  You can always try these separately to help cure your joint pains

From Newsmax Health - Vit C to lower BP

Please check out the article I read at Newsmaxhealth.com:

This article further supports the concept that high blood is not caused by high cholesterol but by something else - inflammation - ie deterioration of collagen. Vit C. can supplement the collagen, for repairs.

Wahhh? Vitamin C to Prevent Heart Attacks? Works as Well as Statins?

Effective Cures Are Cheap

In this newsfeed Dr. Brownstein maintains that Vitamin C and 2 Amino acids prevent the clots or plaques from sticking on the walls of the blood vessels.  This sticking to the walls precipitate the atheriosclorotic process.  Animals do no have this condition because they make their own Vitamin C.  Plus hormone therapy can help reduce the risk of occluded blood vessel.   Well this feed may be an ad, and you may need to buy the book.  This blog is not a tool to promote sales of his product, but the knowledge on health.  In this case we know it:  Vit C as alternative to statins. And Vit C costs lower than statins.

Now you know!
