From the sports coaching book, I have learned that vitamins and mineral supplements are not the best way to get stronger -  nutrition is the key.  Vitamins and minerals are just supplements.

Natural Vitamin E contains 4 tocopherols and 4 tocotrienols;   the synthetic contains only alpha tocopherol.  So it is better to get naturally occurring Vitamin E.

However Vitamin E from soy is not good because it may come from GMO strains which may contain the toxic glyphosphate.  Other non GMO soy are not good also because they contain xenoestrogens:

l.  Phytic acid

2.  Goitoestrogens

3.  Isoflavones:   genistein and daidzein

Eating this fruit, 1/2 a day, can:

l.  reduce the production of interlukin 6, an inflammatory compound when eaten with hamburger

2.  reduce LDL in one month;  improve lipid level

3.  balance potassium sodium ratio;  contains more potassium than bananas

4.  prevents oral cancer and other types of cancer

5.  contains fibers (good for digestive system), Vitamin B, E, and folic acid

I understand this expensive in USA, one of the superfoods, one of the best foods that there is;  is cheap and available in many markets everywhere when in season
