7 Food that Help Flatten Stomach

Effective Cures Can be Cheap

Here are the 7 foods that help reduce fat/flatten stomach.  The author is Mike Geary, a certified personal trainer.  He also wrote, "The Truth About 6 Pack Abs"

The 7 foods are:

l.  Dark chocolates;

2. Avocado,

3.  Grass fed beef;

4.   Butter

5.  Whole eggs

6.  Nuts

7.  Coconut milk/flour

We can only have  3, 5, 7 in the Phl.  No wonder, obesity is not such a big problem in the PHL

Fwd: Does COFFEE make you FATTER? (is it EVEN HEALTHY?)

Coffee (despite hewhawing medical opinions in the past, as with eggs) is now considered healthy.  It is rich in phyto nutrients.  One coffee shop I know in our town,  near Save More extols the health and medicinal benefits of of coffee.  It is even indicated for dental caries.

I had a student in Lipa City, Winnie C who had a business plan for a medicinal coffee shop.  However her marketing campaign part, and the EDS part failed to highlight the medicinal aspect of her coffee shop.  It should have been a successful business plan. (By the way I met a coffee shop consultant and he would put up a coffee shop in Angono.  His wife is from AIM ME)

What makes the coffee a fattenning substance according to the feed?  The sugar and creamer you add into it.  Sugar becomes fat;  the creamer is rich in fat and sugar.  So do away with them  mix lightly with cocoa, maple syrup, stevia, coconut milk, or unrefined sugar.  (I had to take down the entire feed because of restrictions in the email feed.  It could helped them if there was a link)
