The Leptin post on this blog may not have sunk to many - what it means to many diet food, exercises and being marketed intensively and which many go for spending huge sums of money.

For example, if you have liposuction, would you have a permanent weight or fat loss?

It is black pepper. But is a spice though.

What are the other spices that let you burn/lose fats?

Basil

Cinnamon

Oregano

Cloves

Turmeric (Yellow ginger)

Chili (cayenne)

Rosemary

Ginger

Thyme

Ginger and yellow ginger (turmeric) would not be so pungent and they are cheap  (only PHP 30/kg in Bugarin)

I have not used up the l/2 kg I bought several months back
