FDA and DOH have flagged down of Ivermectin vs covid19.   The drug is for family use and used vs heartworm  disease  In order for MDs to use this, they have to file for Compassionate Special Use.   The DOH and FDA have legal basis for saying no;   however some are arguing that the alternative covid medicine, Remdisivir is allowed because the company that owns it is allegedly connected to a government official  

The other sideto prove that Ivermectin in other countries work - may be anecdotal.

A noted surgeon medical informatics expert spoke in a forum yesterday of medical doctors and other health practitioners.  He is considered Father of Telehealth in the Philippines and was SVP of Philhealth during the time of Presidency  Dr Banzon.  He authored because of his expertise in telemedicine an eclaim system for Philhealth to encourage the mds and hospital to computerize their records and tie in with PHIE. What works in telemedicine: at the regional level only:  specialists and doctors to the barrio system, but will not work with MM specialists and doctors to the barrios. It is not likely to work because MDs would not like to be at  high volume work low returns where they feel they are only call center agents.  Anonymous.  They would like to build up their practice, name and income  (That is the truth)

What would work according to the good doctor (who says he became bald because of too much hair pulling figuring out solutions to the health problems) are SELF DIRECTED HEALTH SERVICES (preventive)  Once the disease is there, it all ready at the hands of the doctor, no longer the province of telehealth and medicine.

SELF DIRECTED HEALTH SERVICES  are not curative but preventive.  Which is the mission of this site. Disease prevention through sensible diet, exercise, toxic free and healthy living, organic foods.

DOH declares stem cells unsafe

 Angono. Rizal, Philipppines. January 10, 2012.  I read this news item at Tempo about a new DOH ruling declaring the new and growing stem cells therapy as dangerous.

Well it still not approved by US FDA and DOH has its reasons for such a declaration  It will mean less treatment and revenue for many large hospitals here who have big stem cells budget.  Many will flock to China and Thailand to avail of such treatment.

After reading on John Beard trophoblast theory of cancer, and William Kelly,  and consulting the Mayo Clinic site on stem cells, I can only nod in agreement with DOH.

Stem cells therapy currently costs about $100,000 (P4 million) and the patient is a guinea pig.  Wow.  Under the trophoblast theory of cancer, cancer is a stem cell in your body just wanting at the right moment to multiply and grow.  Add stem cell to cancer therapy  and boom ---> you can have another cancer  (Mayo Clinic)
