Reversing Diabetes Naturally

Can you reverse diabetes naturally.  Yes! according to these articles

Reversing diabetes in 30 days or less

From Dr. Joseph Mercola remission of diabetes possible with diet and exercise

  • Severely limit or eliminate sugar and grains in your diet, especially fructose which is far more detrimental than any other type of sugar. Following my Nutrition Plan will help you do this without too much fuss.
  • Exercise regularly. Exercise is an absolutely essential factor, and without it, you're unlikely to get this devastating disease under control. It is one of the fastest and most powerful ways to lower your insulin and leptin resistance. If you're unsure of how to get started, I recommend reviewing my Peak Fitness program for tips and guidelines.
  • Avoid trans fats.
  • Get plenty of omega-3 fats from a high quality, animal-based source, such as krill oil.
  • Optimize your vitamin D levels. Recent studies have revealed that getting enough vitamin D can have a powerful effect on normalizing your blood pressure and that low vitamin D levels may increase your risk of heart disease.
  • Optimize your gut flora. Your gut is a living ecosystem, full of both good bacteria and bad. Multiple studies have shown that obese people have different intestinal bacteria than lean people. The more good bacteria you have, the stronger your immune system will be and the better your body will function overall. Fortunately, optimizing your gut flora is relatively easy. You can reseed your body with good bacteria by eating fermented foods (such as fermented vegetables, natto, raw organic cheese, or raw milk kefir) or by taking a high-quality probiotic supplement.
  • Address any underlying emotional issues and/or stress. Non-invasive tools like the Emotional Freedom Technique can be helpful and effective.
  • Get enough high-quality sleep every night.
  • Monitor your fasting insulin level. This is every bit as important as your fasting blood sugar. You'll want your fasting insulin level to be between 2 and 4. The higher your level, the worse your insulin sensitivity is.

Re Diabetes cures

Regarding the "diabetes" of child

1.  It does not look as bad as was pointed by Dr. Z.  Dr. Zs regimen and approach has been different since Tita  died.  It is all drugs about symptomatic treatment  ie to remove sugar.  My bs was 6.7  and I am alive up to now.  There has to be some sensible way to survive. Dr. Zs dictum before was wellness:

    1. Maintain IBW
    2.  Exercise
    3.  Diet and nutrition  (primal diet)
    4.  Monitor BS with a good glucometer
    4.  Avoid toxic foods:

        1.  apat ang paa
        2.  salt
        3.  sugar
        4 fatty food

         1.  Food with aspartame and HFCS
         2.   Fast food (that are oily etc)
         3.  softdrinks even noodles and 3 in one coffee

2  Diabetes is not a disease but a metabolic disorder resulting from body's inability to metabolize sugar for use of the body.  Too little sugar is worse than having too much

When there is a diabetes, blood sugar spikes and declines too low (and hypoglycemia results)

    Antidote:

    1.  Graze  - avoid large meals but eat small quantity of food every 2 hours

    2. Fight off hypo with a teaspoon of brown sugar, or milo, or with ordinary coke (1/2 glass)

3.  Diabetes is a lifestyle disease resulting from:

    1.  Sedentary living that results in
    2.  Obesity
    3. Stress
    4.  Lack of sleep

About 1/3 of the world is obese;  obesity leads to diabetes.  Less is more

Solution:

1. Avoid stressful job,
2.  Lessen weight
3.  Exercise
4.  Have plenty of rest .  Sleep early

Live healthy and long

Side Effects from Wikipedia

I watched the movie Side Effects  at Star Movies and there were things that we may learn:

1.  As discussed by Dr. Mercola, some anti depressant drugs may have severe side effect.  An anti depressant drug being used by psychiatrist, make people do things they do not know or remember.  As was featured.  it was made to appear that Emily murdered her husband Martin while on a medication and does not seem to remember this.  Dr. Banks who had Emily under her care was put on the spot and his career as psychiatrist ended.  His partners threw him out, no more patients consulted him,  his clinical trial of another psychotropic drugs ended.  The practice of clinical trial of psychotropic drugs by psychiatrist (in exhange of free dosage may be put under scrutiny.
