Citronella grass vs Dengue mosquito

Live healthy and long

One of the antidote for dengue is to repel mosquito by planting citronella grass in your yard.  This is mosquito repellent.  Citronella oil is a major ingredient of Bug Spray, a product of Human Nature.  It is natural and does not have the toxicity of another synthetic chemical insect repellent.

This is also known as Nar or Nardus mosquito plant.

It is a close relative of the Lemon grass and may be mistaken for another.  Its scientific name is Cimbopogon nardus (lemon grass is also Cimbogon but stratus)

Growing this Plant in your Veranda or Garden will Repel Dengue Mosquitoes?

Effective Cures Can be Cheap

Sweet flag to drive away mosquitoes?

From the Amazing Miracle plants by J.c Kurian, I read that Sweet flag (Acorus calamus) drive away mosquitoes.  What a better way to help control mosquitoes?!  We all know that insecticides are toxic   to our health.  Thus the planting of this plant can help keep mosquitoes away.

This grass is often found near swamps (near lakeshores);  the roots are aromatic,
