It is easy to make one.  Prepare two empty plastic container.   Make two chambers.  Make electrodes and connect to a l2 V water supply.  Add two teaspoon of salt.

One chamber produces alkaline water, and other one produces acidic water.l  Be sure you have ph meter  to dtermine alkalinity and/salinity/acidity of the water you have produced.
