Live healthy and long

There are several tests, DIY you can do at home, to test your health:
l. The knee jerk reflex. Cross your leg put one knee above the other and tap the tendon. It should have a knee jerk reaction (what else) if it does not, it is sign of hypothryrodism. The thinning of outer eyebrow is also a sign of the same sickness;
2. Put up your thigh and hold it up at 45 degree angle for 2 minutes. If one leg gets pale after 2 minutes, then there is a sign of blocked artery.
3. Eat corn; since corn's outer kernel does not get digested, it should be passed out intact. It should pass out between 12 to 36 hours. If it passes out longer, then see a gastroenterologist; it is sign of irritable bowel or gastroenteritis/
4. Check your pulse; it should be regular. Make your foot as metronome or timer. See if the heartbeat and your foot synch. If not see your cardiologist
