It is so easy to overdose with acetominophen.  The same drug is used in pain, and cold remedy.  The maximum limit is 4000 mg. daily.  If you take 2 caps 4 times a day, you can easily reach the limit.

Taking alcohol with acetominophen (like Tylenol and Biogesic) increases your risk of having kidney % disease by 123%.  They also cause liver diseases.
