The majority of our people do not have access to health care and Western medicine . But there are important old knowledge:

l. There are only two good doctors: God and you.

2. Let the food be your medicine, and medicine be your food.

The Western traditional medicine which is expensive (and costs are spiralling upwards) have not increased cure rates nor longevity.
