The AM guys told that you can not correct your vision with eyeglasses.  They simply improve focussing but not the vision.  Some tips:

l.  Shut your eye shut tight.  It should be dark.  Normal eyes do not have bright or colored images;

2.  Remove your eyeglasses.  First press the outer point of your eye at the tip of the eyeborw.  If it does not work, press the point under the eyebrow, and then the inner point just near the nose.

3.  If it does not work, press the nearsightedness button at the op of your head. and the farsighted point.

See if your vision improves.

Beware of alternative medicine practitioners who charge

The AM practitioner who was with us last night said that the role of AM is to teach people to study how to cure themselves.

He told of the story of an online AM "doctor" who charged 3 members of  his family for:

l.  l hour circular massage at the back, left and right side of the back P450.00

2.  P50.00 for the oil

The AM who advertised on line is situated in one of the worse place of the community.  But I am sure they will get wealthy.  Quite a number even from the provinces, make a beeline to their clinic for  the massage and oil.

Beware.  The real good ones, do not charge that much, and have better services

The trouble is not with heart

According again to the alternative medicine practitioner, there is no such thing as essential enlargement of the heart.  The heart enlarges because of the blocked body filter:   the kidney or the liver.

The heart is just a pump. However the heart has 46x over capacity.  The heart, he says, will try to compensate for reduced outflow from liver or kidney, by expanding capacity.  And then the doctor will see an enlarged heart, soon call it hypermegally, leading to heart failure.

So where is the cure:   heart or liver?

The liver must not be excluded from the dx.
