I am starting my Asi Tava gardens.  As I grow older,, I want to be assured with the thought that if ever I get hypertension, I do not have to depend on beta blocker, renin angiotension or calcium antagonists. or even statin.  I will get natural and cheap cures for my hypertension

The Asi Tava garden of my cousin (the one I took photos of and featured on this sidebar) is gone.  It has been uprooted by passers by.

I am growing one from cuttings of neighbors.  And since it rains everyday, the prospect of having a green thumb is high (ie, most of them growing)

Dengue has reached epidemic proportions in Singapore lately (as is was in the PHL before) However, there are grasses that repel mosquitoes. Aside from controlling the breeding ground, this grass, Citronella seems to be very effective in warding off mosquitoes.  There are no mosquitoes in my house and yard since I bought this grass for 50  php.  Why dont you try it.?

It is natural cheap and is not harmful like DEET

It closely resembles the aromatic lemon grass.

Does Singapore want to import this grass from me by the container load?
