Live healthy and long
From Newsmax health
In the Honolulu study reported by Dr. Lon White at Pacific Health Research and Education Institute, those who took anti hypertensive drugs known as beta blocker: propanololo, atenolol, and metopronol did not have damages from demenetia and Alzheimers. Surely the lower blood pressure offered as protection for the brain of the subjects. Less damages were visible after the autopsy
The study involved 774 men in a study that covers the period 1991 to 2012 and who had ages 71 to 93. Those who took the beta blocker had less fewer lesions than those who took other blood pressure lowering drugs.
The study cant be conclusive owing to the small number of sample...
More studyneeded.

Margarine linked to Alzheimer's disease
Live healthy and long
From newsmaxhealth by Sylvia Hubbard and Kathleen Walter
Everybody thought that switching to margarine was healthier (from butter) because it contains less fat. But it is not. Margarine contains diacetyl.which is linked to damaging protein in Alzheimer. Diacetyl is found in microwaved popcorn, candies, and baked goods.
This is according to Dr. Erika Schwartz, a wellness Dr. The more the chemical is difficult to pronounce, the better to stay away from them.
Alternatives would be butter and olive oil (VCO too?, coconut oil)
Moderation or banning margarine?
Should margarine be banned; or use this in moderation
