Exercise may actually accelerate your aging.   Think again.

There is a new paradigm for exercise especially when you are old and do not want to get old:

l. Stop the low fat diet talk

2.  Exercise less.

3.  Stop spincycling and other mindless exercise.  They may scavenge your body of nutrients that keep your body young and promote production of free radicals that make you look old/accelerate aging.

4.  Do not blame everything on your age.  Age does not matter. YOu can have six packs, stand up erect, and have superb physique

5.  Avoid chronic dehydration (but not in PET bottles)
