What various activities can do to your internal organs

Last night I was in a wake of former classmate who succumbed to a heart attack.

It so happenned that on the table where I sat there were two alternative medicine (Chinese) practitioners.

Here is what various activities in excess can do to your internal organs (as per the practitioners)


l.  Walking/running/biking  -  liver

2.  Computer/table works -  heart

3.  Standing -   bladder/kidney

4,  Sitting - abdomen, gut.

So what you do?  Balance.  If you are standing for too long as SG, squat for a while.  If you are sitting for quite a while, stretch and walk.  Biking may not take more than 30 minutes.

The Greeks have a word for it:   moderation.  Buddha said, too much for anything is a poison
