Your longevity is inversely prosportional to your waist size

Live healthy and long

From Dr. Mercola archive

Dr. Carlos Zapatos, our family physician has repeatedly told our employees of the importance of being slim and fit. The waist size is inversely proportional to longevity.

Those whose waist size is above 40 inches are most likely to die of cardiovascular diseases or other diseases.

Flab on the waist means:

l.  Fat on the liver

2.  Fat on the lungs

3.  Fat around the heart.

So we have been making posts on:

l.  Abs work out

2.  Lessening fat:   the leptin theory

3.  Exercise.
