There are two things you can do to really slim down.

l.  Brief exercises (not 60 but 30 minutes) of high intensity training  also called as interval or anaerobic exercise.  It increased energy level, hastened fat loss and reduced appetite.  Longer exercises increased  appetite and food intake

2.  Intermittent fasting (has something to do with cheating the leptin levels)
