Obesity will be a big problem in US by 2030?

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and Trust for American Health predicts that half of the US population will be obese .  That is only 12 years from now.

That will mean $48.00 billion additional health care costs because of  7.9 million new cases of diabetes, 5 million of chronic heart diseases and  400,000 cancer cases, all due to to obesity

All of these can be avoided by:  exercise, sufficient sleep, sufficient exposure to sunshine, emotional health and balancing, and proper nutrition.

And what is the cause of obesity?   The fat burning switch which can be turned on by fructose.  Taking fructose, causing rise in fat, and uric acid.

In order not to turn on the fat switch, one should avoid fructose.   Read more
