Sitting for extended period can shorten life span

Extended periods of sitting from office work, computer, watching TV can shorten life span.  Those who sat less can extend life span by at least two years.

Those who sat most of the time were twice as likely to get heart disease even if they exercise.

Some solutions:

l.  Stand up once every hour;

2.  Walk barefoot at times so that your body get its supply of electrons  (grounding)
