It is second day of the year. The pollution is not as bad as yesterday. But air quality at around 630 am is bad. You can see the smokestack of a glass company in Pasig spewing out smoke over Makati buildings which all ready, are hidden by smoke.

Will air quality over Laguna and Rizal ever improve?
