  1. Eat fresh fruit in the morning and nothing else. Fruit is a well known body cleanser and helps flush out those toxins. You can have as much fruit as you want, how you want, just as long as it is fresh and raw. You can juice it or put it in your blender with ice for a smoothie, or just eat it as is - maybe a combination of them all.
    3. Substitute coffee with herbal tea or green tea. Even if you drink say three cups of joe a day, have at least one cup of green tea instead of one cup of coffee - more if possible. Green tea also has caffeine so it will keep you better focused and alert.
