Widely Promoted to Help You Slim Down, But New Study Says it's a Flab-Making Nightmare
This product is advertised to contain no sugar and thus will help you slim you down. But in reality, studies have shown this be false. This product is supposed to decrease insulin sensitivity but in studies it does not. Those who were fed this gained weight, and has the same GI as ordinary sugar.
The product is common in soft drink and heavily vaunted to be healthy. It is aspartame and found in most 0 calorie food and drinks
