How to reduce eye floaters?

Live healthy and long

From Dr. Wright Newsletter on eye floaters

Eye floaters, are black spots that pass through your field of vision as you stare or read.  They can be pretty disturbing but has no known cure.  My optha recommended:  that I stop biking or putting myself under extreme physical stress and take Vitamin A. But I still have my floaters (I still bike)

Dr. Wright prescribes:   1000 mg of choline, 500 mg of inositol,  and  200 mg of methionine daily.  It may take a while to notice the difference.
