Two worst ;processed food ingredient

There are two very bad processed food:   High Fructose Corn Syrup (which is linked to diabetes and obesity) and partially hydrogenated soy bean oil.  Even partially hydrogenated oil is bad for the health

Soybean, in itself is harmful because it contains molecules that are bad for the thyroid.  It also contains phytoestrogens that alters hormone level in the body (found to lower libido in men?)

What is is worse is that 90% of soya grown in US is GE and may contain glyphosate. (a herbicide) Round Up.  GE soya is engineered to resist glyphosate which destroys all weeds in the soya farm
