Changing lifestyle is important in good health.  Yoga, a slow exercise has received considereable attention.  Yoga has been found to reduce atrial fibrillation, (quivering of the heart) reduce heart rate by 5 hearbeats per minute, improvemental health (vs depression) , and increase leptin level.

As we all know, increase in leptin level leads to weight loss (decrease in appetite and higher fat metablism) and maintenance of IBW and waistline.
