One of our key health problems is lack of digestive enzyme

From Ideas stack/Discovery Health Publishing

We experience bloating, indigestion and host of other problems.  And this can be traced to our food and eating habits.  The cavemen did not have problems of the modern men.  They ate raw and fresh foods and maybe because food scarce, they chew their food.

Some of eating problems of modern men:

1.  We eat processed foods.  Processed foods that contain synthetic molecules are seen by the body as toxic.  Modern foods contain pesticide and preservative.

2.  They do not chew food very well;   Dr. Robert Willix suggested that to avoid angina, we should change our lifestyle and chew food very well,

3.  Our enzyme production decrease with age
