Win the War in Your Gut from Dr. Pressman

From Joe Barton Publishing/Gut Defense

To win the war with bad bacteria, probiotics would seem to be the answer.  This would prevent bloating, constipation and diarrhea.  Recent Mayo Clinic article and the Harvard Medical School suggests an even bigger problem.  These problems occur with decreasing enzyme production that accompanies advancing age.

Enzyme production decreases especially if one eats processed food;  the amylase of an 18 year old is 30x that of 69 year old man;  the enzyme production decreases  13% each year.

The actual cause of obesity and fat flabs is lack of enzyme that digests food/fats.

We can relate this to Dr. Kelly and Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez enzyme theory of cancer, ie, the stem cells in your body are under control because of adequate pancreatic enzyme;  their activity goes haywire when your enzyme production decreases.

This article is by Dr. Alan Pressman, a certified nutritionist and chiropractor and writes for Wellformative  They are promoting Gut Defense which contains probiotics and enzymes for more efficient digestion.
