Has the level of air pollution in Metro Manila declined as per report of DENR? Please see the pictures and make your own conclusion. Everytime I go to MM, I go with a washed car. When I go home, I see dust on the car paint. Are these the particulates?

Air pollution looked terrible yesterday, whether from afar or within Metro Manila, as these pictures will show. When will the Metro Manila get the rewards/pain from this anomaly?
From GMA News - Dr. Fernando Ayuyao says Air Pollution causes respiratory diseases
From Rense.com - Metro Manila one of the top[ 5 dirtiest cities in the world; 6,000 tons of solid particulates released into the air daily. Isnt that too much? One 10 wheeler carries about 10 tons. That is about 600 truckloads of pollutants daily. Are we not worried? What are MM residents doing about their lung health?
Pollution Levels Declining - DENR. Is this correct assessment? Look at the pictures. What are the visual evidences? Listen to the stories of allergies and many cases of COPD; not to mention many cases of cancer. Toxicity from increased air pollution can be the cause?
Why is the air hazy? Makati CBD buildings covered by haze
x View of haze from Guadalupe going to Makati City downtown at JP Rizal
x Haze hangs low on Makati CBD high rise buildings
Fog, haze, smog, or smoke, or air pollutants?
On a clear day, you can see buildings at FBC; today you see nothing. Plume of smoke from a glass factory smokestack
Spectacular view of Sucat, Alabang horizon from Rizal lakeside
Teleshot of FBC; birds in flight at the foreground
Dark polluted horizon
Is this part of the 6,000 tons particulates that settled from the atmosphere?
How could there be dust? All roads to Makati city are paved
