I just learned that a cousin yesterday had brain hemorrhage (from a blood vessel that leaked at his neck); two others from a neighboring barangay died from sleep (from heat stroke). It is really hot. Drink plenty of water. Keep away from the sun during hot hours of the day. Stay in cool rooms - malls or air con rooms.
These summer months will soon be over. Be safe always
