What is the worst food that you can take that is bad for your brain?

It is fructose  contained in health and fruit drinks.  Beware especially of the agave nectar syrup.  Do not be fooled by ads containing ads of athletes gulping, guzzling sports drink.  It can also lead to diabetes

Take fresh lemon drink instead.   Taking drink with HFCS leads to craving.  When you do take vegies and fruits.

Other foods that harm brain are:   transfat oil (contained in deep fried foods, french fries) mercury laden fruits, and wheat based foods

What are the foods that protect your brain?   l.  Turmeric (yellow ginger)   2 and omega 3 fatty acids contained in fish (especially wild salmon)  (we also got news that Virgin Coconut Oil is good for protecting the brain)
