Deep fried foods tied to prostate cancer (and other cancer types)

Live healthy and long

Repost from Newsmax health   January 2013

High consumption of deep fried food:  meat, french fries, chicken are related to high incidence of prostate cancer.  Repeated use of oil for deep frying are related to higher risk.  The results of the study was published in journal  The Prostate and involved a study of l,500 men aged 35 to 74

High temperature frying can lead to the formation of compounds that are carcinogenic.

Previous studies have linked deep fried foods to various cancer:    breast, pancreas, head and neck, and esophagus.

So dear fellowmen, if you wish to avoid prostate cancer, avoid your fries:  chicken and french.  They are the most popular food in the fast food market
