Chocolate Could Lower BP and Insulin Level

Effective Cures Need Not be Expensive

In this Newsmax Health feed, it was said that dark chocolate resulted in small dips in blood pressure and even insulin levels of those who took the food.  Of course, we always look for answers to our health problems using nutrition and common household items.  The same can be said for intake of fruits and vegetables.

However, it is not very clear or conclusive whether the efffect can be conclusive or effective.
