Dr Emmanuel Revici and His Cancer Cure

Effective Cures Can be Cheap

A book was written about a famous cancer doctor entitled:  "The Doctor Who Cures Cancer" written by William Eidem.

So far it is observed that very little has changed about basic knowledge on cancer and its cure. There are three options:  surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation.  For chemotherapy, the success rate is only 3% despite huge costs incurred.

The article says that the medical field has failed to stop cancer and there may be unholy alliance between mds and pharma;  living off the lives of cancer victims  (strong word)

There is a story about Dr. Emmanuel Revici, a great Romanian emigre to USA who did great cancer cures.  They were not expensive.  And they ran vs the mainstream treatment of cancer.  And his story was just like Semmelweis.  This story is about the doctor who proposed to wash hands before delivery and radically reduced infant and maternal death.  But he was ostracized.  He was eventually exonorated under Louis Pasteur.

Such ostracism took place with Revici at Sloan Kettering.  Hmm Professional jealousy.  that what ails treatment in the medical world
