There are two important benefits of using  fiber:

l.  Reduces risk of pancreatic and breast cancer;

2.  The fiber encloses the food, slows down the food
processing in the stomach (slows emptying time)
prevents food absorption, does not stimulate
insulin production, reduced BS.
