NEW omega oil could change your life; Kick kidney stones; Relieve pain in seconds

Why this NEW omega oil is about to change the course of cardiovascular health -- and even YOUR life...

It's been called "the first important heart-health breakthrough of the 21st century." And it's already getting attention from the top-ranking cardiovascular hospital in the country...

But you'll only hear about it in this original video. In the next few minutes, you can discover how this new breakthrough could help you keep your cholesterol controlled and your heart healthy for years to come!

It's not some new kind of omega-3. In fact it's not an omega-3 at all! As you'll see in this exclusive video -- it's unlike any other heart-health nutrient you've ever seen before. See it here, first.

Get moving to avoid stones

Inside of a generation or two, kidney stones have gone from thankfully rare to painfully common -- with the emphasis on "pain." Anyone who's ever had one will tell you the pain is off the charts.

But you don't have to be among the growing number of Americans who battle the misery of kidney stones, because there are steps you can take right now to slash your risk of the condition.

Step one is the easiest step of all: A literal step, because walking and other forms of light exercise can actually stop stones from forming, and new research shows it's especially true for women.

The study of 93,676 women between the ages 50 to 79 found that physical activity -- even light activity -- can reduce the odds of a stone by nearly a third.

That's just an average, because the more you exercise, the bigger the benefit -- and in some cases, exercise can slash the risk of stones by as much as 80 percent, according to the study presented at a recent American Urological Association meeting.

"More" doesn't mean more intense in this case. The study finds intensity doesn't matter at all -- all that really matters is that you get up and get moving.

The study was on women, but a sedentary lifestyle is a kidney stone risk factor for men and women alike. Just bear in mind that it's only one risk factor -- and not even the biggest one.

That distinction goes to diet, especially processed foods, and poor diet is the real reason kidney stones have shot up by 70 percent over the past 16 years. Obesity -- a consequence of poor diet and processed foods -- is also a risk factor, and the new study finds that obese women are 80 percent more likely to get stones than normal-weight women.

Since obese men and women are often sedentary -- and typically are eating far too many processed foods -- that means they often have three major risk factors for kidney stones all at once.

On the other hand, that also means you can wipe out three major risk factors all at once with one simple lifestyle change.

Let your workout plan go to the dogs

Exercise is easier when you have a friend who can work out with you. And if you're looking for a tireless buddy who's always ready for some exercise -- and always pushing you to get some, too -- look no further than man's best friend.

As any dog owner will tell you, there's no such thing as sitting still when you have one.

They need attention. They need to be walked. They need someone to run and play with them -- and that's why dog owners tend to be more active than people with other types of pets.

That's also why dog owners are 54 percent more likely to get basic recommended levels of physical activity than everyone else, according to studies. As a result, the American Heart Association recently released a statement saying that canine companions are great for the heart and may lower the risk of disease.

But it's not just dogs -- the AHA statement says all pets are good for the heart whether they get you moving or not.

Yes, even your turtle, bird, or hamster can help -- because the very presence of an animal companion alone is proven to help lower levels of stress, including levels of stress hormones, and increase your sense of calm.

And lower levels of stress are almost (but not quite) as good for your cardiovascular health as playing Frisbee with Fido.

Of course, not everyone has the time to devote to a pet. And many people have allergies to animal hair and dander -- and if you're one of them, don't worry.

You can of course get healthy without any type of pet at all -- because plain old dog-free exercise will work just as well. Exercise in general can lower levels of stress while improving overall cardiovascular and circulatory health at the same time.

In other words, pretty much all the benefits of pet ownership... without the actual pet.

God bless,
