One of the members of the family, a daughter complained of pain in the chest and she consulted her OB Gyne.  She was sent for Ultrasound and was diagnosed for fibrocystic  breast.  Her doctor, who happened to be a cousin told me there is nothing to worry about that it will develop into a big C.  She said that it runs in the family.

Further research in the web showed that:

l.  It is common among females of 30 to 50 years old (she just turned 30)

2.  That it is usually painful (but the pain can be relieved by ordinary analgesic)   So she was given mefenemic acid and paracetamol.

3.  That it usually turns up before or after mens.

There is no cause for much worry.   The usual recommended DX is ultrasound.  Mammograms have been notorious for giving false results.  Mammograms were alleged to be the biggest revenue earner for the Cancer medication/breast cancer.
