Having more of this in your diet can lead to early death

Live healthy and long

Repost from Health Cracker | August 16, 2013

Giving in to your sweet tooth, and eating too much sweet food, or food with sugar can be toxic to you and increase your risk of dying by 50%.  A University of Utah (Jazz?) study showed that rats fed with 25% more sugar in their diet, or equivalent  of 500 calories. 35% of the female rats died during the experiment.  (whereas only 17% died from natural causes)

The male rodents on the other hand did not suffer from the same fate but lost the ability to reproduce.

So what is the advice:  cut on sugary foods and drinks:   sweets, jams, sugar sweetened  drinks and even cappuccino. bbq sauce, cereal, crackers, bread.

It may be a difficult habit to break at first, but do you want to live longer or live longer?
