Body weight exercise best for improving over all health - it is cheap and easy

The best and cheapest way to exercise is to use body weight, that the resistance/weight used is the body weight.  There is no need for exercise machine or other device.  And as such, the advantages are:

l.  It is highly efficient;

2.  You develop flexibilty

3.  You develop core strength.

4.  Both cardiovascular and strength training.

5.  Developing balance
