Two studies show that you can down exercise in a pill?

Live healthy and long

Repost from Newsmaxhealth. | July 19, 2013

Would you rather go for  a walk, lift your weights, go to a gym or just pop your pills?

Two studies showed that taking pills can cause you to burn more energy and lose weight.

1.  One involved injecting rats with a certain substance that caused obese mice to produce protein REV - ERB that caused the subject mice to lose weight, improve cholesterol profile even on a high fat diet.  This was conducted in Scripps Research Institute in Jupiter Florida.  They began using more oxygen and 5% more energy minus the effort.  Thus the pill caused them to mimic exercise

2. The other is about the use of resveratrol,  a substance that is plenty in grapeskins.  It is supposed to increase the amount of mitochondria in cells, to burn fats and mimic exercise.  But in order to do this you have to administer in high doses. And this is all ready toxic

This was in Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis

So would you rather jog or pop a pill?

I would rather sweat.  The  natural way
