The processes that lead to aging are inflammation, glycation,  and oxidation.  You guessed it right:   the culprits are sugar and transfat.

So what are the foods that make you age fast:

l.  Wheat products -  Carbohydrates contain AGE (Advanced Glycation End Products).   High Blood sugar coming from carbohydrates lead to increase of Age (and thus make the individual age faster)  Wheat products also contain an unusual carbohydrate - amylopectin A which spike your blood sugar faster than ordinary table sugar.

Wheat products, may also contain acrylimides, found in burned portion of breads

2.  Corn based foods

3.  High fructose corn syrup

4.  Highly sweetened food and food products

5.  Soybean oil and other vegetable oil (vs canola oil article that reduce flabs)
