3 simple changes reverse ED

It's a sensitive subject, no doubt. Most men don't want to talk
about.

But there's good news for guys who suffer from ED. Medical
studies show that making simple changes in your lifestyle can
have a positive effect on your "manhood".

Published in The American Journal of Medicine, one study by
researchers at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland
looked at more than 2,100 men.

Fortunately, you don't have to wade through the jargon. I did it
for you.

The study found that 18.4% of these men over the age of 20 had
ED. It also showed that healthy lifestyle changes can reverse it.

Here are some top recommendations that are fairly easy to follow,
and can make a big difference in how you perform…

1. Keep your blood pressure down. This is good advice in general,
and especially if ED is a problem.

2. Get regular exercise. Look, the problems with ED are mostly
related to your vascular system (blood vessels), so it just makes
sense that good cardiovascular exercise will help improve your
"little problem".

3. Eat a healthy diet. Keeping your cholesterol levels in check
is one key to promoting good male performance.

In fact, in another study, improved diet combined with exercise
restored normal sexual function in 31% of struggling men. Guys who
did not change their diet or exercise routine only showed a 5%
improvement!

This is especially good news if you don't want to take those
drugs you see on TV, with their long lists of horrible side
effects (stroke or blindness, anyone?).

And the best part is, none of the lifestyle changes are difficult
or painful. Some simple adjustments can make a big difference for
most men.

Enjoy that advice? Then you'll want to know about this:
certain foods can DESTROY
your ability to perform!
