Physical therapy is as good as Knee surgery

Some 510,000 people undergo arthroscopic knee surgery as treatment for arthritis and at 5,000 to 7,000 dollars that add up.  And this may be unnecesary because they are no better than placebo.  Some treatments include Physical Therapy, exercise, sulfur, asthaxanthin, Vit D., omega 3,egg cell membrane,  hyalorunic acid, turmeric, and curcumin.  The use of glucosamine and chondritin has been found not to provide significant relief.  Use of NSAID, and analgesics have been found to be risky.  I know of a gouty arthritis patient who was operated on bleeding stomach because of too much analgesic intake.
