The latest Newsmax Healh feed says that 42% of America will be obese by 2030, with 11% severely obsese (more than l00 lbs overweight)
Obesity is fueling diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, cardio vascular disease, and high rates of mortality.
Exercise, nutrition, and some common household items are available for cost reduction. Some of them banaba, mango, and chili have been posted at this blog.
