Fwd: 2 foods I wouldn't touch with a 10-foot pole

What food should you not touch?

l.  High Fructose Corn Syrup found in most soda,  and other consumer foods.  No such food exist in nature and cause you to have more fats and uncontrolled appetite.  HFCS causes you to gain weight.  If you want to have good looking abs, HFCS is not the food ingredient to take..

2.  Burgers.... Burgers stay preserved after years and molds would not affect them.  How would your body, GIT react with such kind of food stuff?

And then the soya food....We have led to believe that it is healthy. Soya could have come from GMO soybeans, Chinese never ate plenty of fermented soya beans.  Soya could depress the thyroid or diminish sex drive in men and women.

Tofu or taho is formed when soya milk is mixed with plaster of Paris  (magnesium sulfate well it is good if you have magnesium deficiency)

Eating soya products instead of meat could cause severe mineral deficiency...

Two articles below that I wanted to make sure you didn't miss... and I wouldn't touch EITHER of these foods with a ten foot pole after all of the research I've done with just how bad they are for you:

1.  This common additive to your foods is worse for you than originally thought
2.  Are you eating this food that even mold and bacteria refuses to eat?

And another article that you should make sure to read...about a problem with our modern supply of fruits and veggies at your grocery store:

A major problem with our modern fruits and veggies?

And if you want some more killer content, in particular, a food that I NEVER eat, check this out:

This common "healthy" food actually can increase abdominal fat

PS - if you liked todays articles, please fwd this email on to any of your friends, family, or co-workers that would enjoy it.
